Great location with attentive staff

Kuta Beach Hotel offers a prime location just a short stroll from the beach. The friendly staff genuinely cared about our comfort. Breakfast at the rooftop venue was good, especially the view during sunset.

While the overall experience was positive, the room could use some refurbishment, as certain amenities felt dated. The noise from other guests occasionally disrupted the peace.

Its location was central, not too far from parking.

It is convenient brand-new venue, it offers nice pool and the location is absolutely incredible by taxi or car also. Excellent service and the food is outstanding. There are affordable prices in the property...

The breakfast was good, with a diverse

Selection that changed daily, but the timing could be tricky during peak hours. Our superior room upgrade was nice, though the bathroom's sliding glass door design took some getting used to.

Friendly staff made us feel welcome upon arrival.

Our experience was disappointing due to multiple issues. The bed in our Beautiful Double Room was lumpy. The breakfast options were severely limited, especially for those with dietary restrictions, very frustrating. We also encountered noise disturbances that affected our relaxation .

The hotel was convenient and clean, had particularly nice views of beach and city. Incredible location in a quiet area, and the rooms were fashionable and new-fashioned. Location: the property was short walk to many restaurant, and a public beach and lots of shopping. Spent our evenings in nearby Infamy, especially when it was rainy outside.

the venue is neat, with handy and ideal location next to kuta beach mall, very close to beach and another restaurant. the staff are attentive and i really enjoyed their attitude. they have soft beverages in the rooftop bar.

The close proximity to Kuta Beach was perfect for spontaneous evening strolls. The rooftop pool provided a lovely escape, despite its moderate size.

The only good thing of this hotel is the swimming pool which is located at the 5th floor and having very nice ocean view.

House keeping staff need to be improve the performance!!!! after having the whole day out, my room has not been tidy up although I already hang the "make up room" at the door. No body takes care of the room!! (already made 2nd request to clean up room when I went back in the afternoon....and till back in the evening, no body did it) the service does not reflect the "Best Western" brand in the hotel

The pool

Good location, new hotel and very friendly staff.

Swimming pool is quite shallow (max 1.7m, min 0.7m) and fairly small. Internet is extremely slow.

the location was exceptionally nice close to the beach and a 15-minute walk to the center. appreciated very convenient area.

Loved the rooftop pool after checking out the thrilling water slides nearby. Location was perfect for visiting the high-rising entertainment complex just across the road. The staff were friendly and the breakfast selection was great, especially the fresh fruit. Definitely a highlight was the chill vibes during happy hour with great cocktails.

We had issues with check-in. Our rooms weren't ready, and we weren't on the same floor even though we booked as a group.

Good for short or over night stay.

Rooms too small. Bathroom in bedroom.
